really? how exciting. we had flurries here yesterday, but it never sticks. unfortunately even flurries through VA folks off.

| we dont have liability issues like DC so schools, biz, and govt offices are always open. despite the poor infrastructure, ukrainians do get around fine (miraculously) in snow |

yeah in the litigious US that would never fly. sadly i feel the rest of the world's citizens are much hardier than your average American.
do Ukrainians wear the big furry caps that you see in Russia? |
