Welcome to the American International Health Alliance’s Healthy Communities Toolkit. Based on the experience of AIHA's Healthy Communities partnerships—which have successfully galvanized organizations and individuals in communities throughout Europe and Eurasia to collaborate in identifying and addressing the major challenges to improving local health and well-being—the AIHA Healthy Communities Toolkit is a comprehensive guide designed to help community leaders learn about, set up, and manage their own healthy communities programs.
